Primitivo Matos, 31, of 33 Euclid Ave., Worcester, charged with assault and battery on a family/household member, sentenced to 21/2 years in the House of Correction, with 18 months to be served, balance suspended for 3 years with probation, ordered to remain alcohol free, to submit to random drug tests, to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, and to attend a batterers' program.

Christopher Hendrickson, 23, of 41 Suffolk St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, found not guilty; driving without a license, continued without a finding for 1 month, $100 costs; and marked lanes violation, found responsible, fined $100.

Benjamin M. Girard, 21, of 28 North Buffum Short Road, Charlton, charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, amended from trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium, sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction, with 58 days to be served, balance suspended for 18 months.

Kevin A. Vacca, 29, of 9 Watson Ave., Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property over $250, dismissed without prejudice.

Harold A. Johnson, 54, of 17 Mattson St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, license plate violation to conceal ID, and larceny under $250, placed on probation for 2 years, ordered to remain alcohol free, to submit to random drug tests, to have no contact with and stay 100 yards away from the victim, $50 victim witness fee; larceny of a vehicle and possession of an incendiary device/chemical/biological/nuclear weapon, dismissed.

Latonya Harris, 35, of 12 Douglas St., Worcester, charged with disorderly conduct, dismissed without prejudice; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (club with knife) and disturbing the peace, dismissed.
