Ricky T. Son, 51, of 5 Saffron Drive, Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (fourth offense), driving negligently, failing to stop for police, failing to wear a seat belt, marked lanes violation, using a mobile phone improperly while driving, and speeding, continued to May 27 on $2,000 cash bail.

Devonrick C. Schouten, 26, of Worcester Recovery Center, 309 Belmont St., Worcester, charged with making a false fire alarm and assault and battery, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 60 days in the House of Correction; and assault and battery on a police officer, filed with a guilty finding.

Robert R. Nay, 20, of 17 Atwater St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol education program, 210 days license loss, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee; and failing to stop or yield, found not responsible.

Megan L. Payne, 23, of 562 Ashburnham St., Fitchburg, charged with assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (wooden step stool), dismissed.
