Judge James R. Lemire

Christopher Devlin, 23, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 4 to 7 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to carrying a firearm with ammunition, possession of a firearm without a Firearm ID Card, and firearm violation with one prior violent or drug crime, amended from firearm violation with two prior violent or drug crimes. He was placed on probation for 2 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to carrying a firearm with ammunition. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department.

Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.

Jay Zeramby, 38, of Lynn, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).

Moses Rodriguez, 29, of 833 Main St., Worcester, charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), and conspiracy to violate a drug law. The charges were dismissed.

Luis Santiago, 32, of 460 Rollstone St., Fitchburg, sentenced to 4 to 6 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine.

Kirsten Brobeck, 27, of 50 Franklin St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

David C. Davidson, 34, of 18 Gifford Drive, Worcester, charged with wanton destruction of property over $250, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (wall), assault and battery, and assault and battery on a person over 60 years old or disabled with an injury, dismissed.

Christine M. Long, 31, of 2 Nuttall Lane, Worcester, charged with leaving an accident scene after property damage, continued without a finding for 9 months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to submit to random drug tests, $200 costs, $50 victim witness fee; marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed; and failing to wear a seat belt, found not responsible.

Clarice R. Stocks, 28, of 152 Wickaboag Valley, West Brookfield, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Edwin Rivera, 26, of 155 Lincoln St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a batterer's program, $350 batterer's fee, $50 victim witness fee.

Stephanie F. Charest, 31, of 60 Crest Circle, Worcester, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle), dismissed.

Judge Vito A. Virzi

Roderick Greene, 41, of Springfield, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle), continued without a finding for 6 months, ordered to stay away from the victim, to undergo a drug evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to submit to random drug tests, $50 victim witness fee; threatening to commit a crime (to murder), intimidation of a witness, assault and battery, and larceny over $250, dismissed.
