Darin Rojas, 32 , of Lawrence, was sentenced to 3 to 4 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking heroin, morphine, or opium. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to driving with a suspended license.
