Lawrence E. Foster, 37, of 33 Richard St., Worcester, was sentenced to 3 to 4 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery. He was placed on probation for 3 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to receiving a stolen vehicle. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay a $65 monthly probation fee or to complete 8 hours of community service per month.

Frederick J. McEnroe, 40, of 39 Stoneland Road, Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 6 to 8 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery and unarmed robbery. He was sentenced to six concurrent terms of 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, entering into a dwelling in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two counts of assault and battery, larceny over $250, and larceny under $250. He was placed on probation for 3 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact with and to stay away from the victims, to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay a $65 monthly probation fee or to complete 8 hours of community service per month.

Amber Wadden, 23, of 13 Hobbs Ave., Brookfield, was placed on five concurrent terms of 3 years probation after pleading guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm), discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card, and carrying a firearm with ammunition. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to have no contact with the victim, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling recommended by the Probation Department, to obtain employment and schooling, and to pay a $65 monthly probation fee or to complete 8 hours of community service per month. A charge of armed assault with intent to murder (firearm) was dismissed.
