Worcester Superior Court

Eddy Nolasco, 28, of 173 Highland Ave., Fitchburg, sentenced to four concurrent terms of 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction, with 6 months to be served, balance suspended for 2 years with probation, after pleading guilty to three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and armed robbery. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact and stay away from the victim. Four counts of armed robbery were dismissed.
