Clinton 4, Murdock 0: Freshman Kyle Cutler had a memorable varsity debut, tossing a no-hitter and striking out 11 to lead the visiting Gaels to a win.
Cutler walked three and faced just 25 batters - four over the minimum.
Dominick Polcari struck out 10 in a complete game for the Blue Devils (0-4, 0-1).
Auburn 5, Shepherd Hill 0: Senior right-hander Curtis Lebeau struck out nine while throwing a two-hitter and added an RBI single as the fourth-ranked Rockets (6-0, 5-0 SWCL Central) won at home.
Grafton 3, Southbridge 1: Connor McCarrick had a two-run double in the third inning as the Indians (3-3) defeated the host Pioneers (2-3).
Ben Chenevert had an RBI single in the seventh for Southbridge.
Holy Name 11, South 0: The visiting No. 5 Naps (2-1) jumped to an 8-0 lead after two innings as Aaron Fossas was a home run short of the cycle. The Colonels are 2-3.
Millbury 6, Leicester 1: Senior Will Moss went the distance, striking out nine and allowing only four hits, while classmate Ryan O'Leary homered to help the Woolies (5-0, 4-0 SWCL) down the visiting Wolverines (2-5, 2-5).
Nashoba 6, Algonquin 5: Connor Wyand and Charlie Butler had two-out RBI singles in the seventh inning to lift the host Chieftains (2-2).
Connor Clowes was 2 for 3 with two runs and a double for the No. 2 Tomahawks (3-1).
St. Peter-Marian 9, Burncoat 3: Mike D'Agostino and Kyle DiRoberto each doubled and drove in two runs to lead the visiting Guardians (2-2) past the Patriots (3-1).
Kyle Brenner threw four innings of no-hit ball in relief for St. Peter-Marian.
Worcester Tech 7, Valley Tech 0: Junior right-hander Nick Matthews allowed only two hits, no walks and struck out 11 to propel the No. 6 Eagles past the visiting Beavers (1-4).
SOFTBALL
Bartlett 6, Oxford 1: Sophomore shortstop Lindsay Bond went 2 for 3 with a double and two RBIs to lift the host Indians (4-2, 4-2 SWCL).
Milford 2, Acton-Boxboro 1: Freshman Shannon Smith struck out 17 and scattered four hits, didn't allow an earned run and knocked in the game-winning run to lead the No. 2 Scarlet Hawks in Milford.
Nashoba 9, Westboro 8: Kelsey O'Donnell's RBI double in the sixth drove home Mary Temple to lift the Chieftains (1-3, 1-3 Mid-Wach B) past the visiting Rangers (0-5, 0-3).
Shepherd Hill 3, Auburn 1: Jill Arcieri went 3 for 3 with a run, while Karolyn Hassett was 2 for 4 and scored the other two runs in a road win for Shepherd Hill (5-0).
