Fallon Community Health Plan has appointed Kelly A. Cummings to vice president of Care Coordination. Cummings received a bachelor's degree in nursing from St. Joseph College in West Hartford, Conn., and a master's degree in health services administration from Sage Graduate School in Albany, N.Y.

Dr. Gene Del Rosario, internal medicine physician at Clinton Hospital and president of the Clinton Hospital medical staff, was nominated to the Clinton Hospital board of trustees by the Clinton Hospital Foundation. This nomination was approved by the UMass Memorial Health Care Inc. board at its April meeting.

The state Department of Mental Health Inpatient Study Commission will hold a public meeting from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Worcester State College's Student Center in the Blue Lounge, 486 Chandler St., Worcester, to gather input from the public about the department's adult inpatient and community systems of care. The commission assists DMH and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services in fulfilling its vision to provide a responsive mental health delivery system that embraces the values of recovery, choice and self-determination.
