ASHLAND/UXBRIDGE - Frederick J. Borghesi, 87, died Sunday, April 7th, 2013 at the Christopher House in Worcester. He was the husband of the late Rosemarie (Snow) Borghesi and left six children: Frederick Borghesi Jr. of Falmouth, James V. Borghesi of Fitzwilliam, NH, John J. Borghesi of Queensbury, NY, Dennis P. Borghesi of Loris, SC, Maryann Blood of Sharon, ME and Kathleen Kee of Uxbridge, who he resided with prior to his illness. In addition, he leaves 11 grandchildren: David, Jeffrey, Nicole, Ciara, Victoria and Kaila Borghesi; Lisa Bennett; Kenneth and Keegan Blood; Keely Padham; and Kaci and Kassidy Granger.

He was a proud member of the Local 107 Carpenters Union and was happiest with a tool in his hand. He built many custom homes as well as his own homes in Ashland and Falmouth on Cape Cod. He loved the beach and was the original "American Picker" finding uses for...
