WORCESTER Henry P. Toloczko, 87, of Worcester, died Thursday September 29, 2011 in UMASS - Memorial Medical Center, 55 Lake Ave. North.

His wife, Anne K. (Piszczaka) Toloczko died in 1991.

He leaves two daughters, Anna B. Tritone and her husband, Anthony F. of Princeton with whom Henry lived for the last five years and Margaret A. Toloczko of Worcester; three sons, Anthony J. Toloczko and his wife Deborah of Douglas; Vincent E. Toloczko and his wife Dianne Pakula of Thompson, CT, and Henry P. Toloczko, Jr., and his wife Linda of Barre; a daughter-in-law, Paula Toloczko of Suffield, CT; eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Jonathan, Anthony, Juliana, Nicholas, Elena, Tammy and Gary; three great-grandchildren, Miranda, Matthew and Caitlin; a brother, Leo Toloczko of Auburn; two sisters, Helena A. Toloczko of Worcester and Irene M. Murphy of Holden and several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by a son, John H. Toloczko, two sisters, Jane R.
