HOLDEN - Donald P. Williams, 18, son of Donald D. Williams of Orange and Jenni Howe of Holden, was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout on Sept. 8.
Mr. Williams joined Pack 46 of Jefferson in 2002 and progressed through the ranks of Boy Scout Troop 182, sponsored by the First Baptist Church in Holden.
