SHREWSBURY - Jerry J. DiTerlizzi, 84, of Shrewsbury, devoted family man and friend, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, in the University of Massachusetts hospital after being stricken ill at home.

He is survived by his devoted wife and partner of 58 years, Rose Z. (Tonelli) DiTerlizzi; his three cherished daughters, Lucille F. Cernak and her husband, Charles, of Southampton, Brenda J. Smith and her husband, Jay, of West Boylston, Joni J. Milluzzo and her husband, Anthony, of Shrewsbury; his three adored grandchildren, Eric C. Cernak and his wife Sarah, Tyler L. and Erika R. Smith; his two brothers, Michael DiTerlizzi of Shrewsbury, George DiTerlizzi and his wife Lena of Chatham; his best friend, Daisy Mae; many nieces, nephews and friends. His sister, Congetta "Connie" DiLeo predeceased him.
