Jonathan 'Bud' Stevenson, 77.

AUBURN Jonathan "Bud" Stevenson, 77, of Auburn died Monday October 17, 2011 in the Life Care Center of Auburn after an 11 year battle with cancer.

His wife Joan M. (Curtis) died in 2010.

He is survived by his two sons: Robert Stevenson and his wife Wendy of Auburn, and Norman Stevenson and his wife Mary Hudgens, of Covina, CA, and his beloved granddaughter Amy Stevenson of Auburn; his sisters: Earline DeSalvo of Worcester, and Lois Crickard of Quincy, IL, and several nieces and nephews.

He was born in Worcester; he was the son of the late Jonathan and Rose (Halvorsen) Stevenson. He was educated in Worcester schools, later graduating from the former Commerce High, and the Worcester School of Business Science.

Bud served his country as a member of the US Army.

Mr. Stevenson was a Data Program Manager for the former Peat Marwick, Co., and later joined his beloved Joan at WPI for several years prior to his retirement.
