LANCASTER - Julia T. (Kosinski) Ciavola, 76, of Winslow Street, died Wednesday, June 23, in her residence after a brief illness.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Fred J. Ciavola, who died in 2000, and their son, Fred J. Ciavola Jr. She is survived by two daughters, Ellen Ellsworth and her husband, William, of Orange, and Jeanne Harlow and her husband, Shane, of Illinois; her son, Steven M. Ciavola and his wife, Holly, of Florida; two sisters, Rosalie Loasby of Lancaster and Josephine Brennan of Worcester; seven grandchildren, Christine Kubac, Alec, Sean and Shelly St. Cyr, Elicia Nikliborc, Tyler Comerford and Wade Harlow; four great-grandchildren, Aidan and Kaleb St. Cyr, Elaina Nikliborc and Cadence Comerford; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by seven siblings.

Mrs. Ciavola was born in Clinton to Polish immigrants Stanislaw and Aniela (Brodowski) Kosinski, and attended local schools. She held employment as a machinist with the Ray-O-Vac Company in Clinton for more than 15 years until their...
