Boys' Track

Dual Valley Championships: Dylan Menard won the long jump (20 feet), 100 (11.15 seconds) and 200 meters (23.14), and teammate Brandon Hoghaug was first in the high jump (5-6) and 400 (54.56) to lead Douglas to the team title at Blackstone-Millville Regional. The Tigers (136 points) topped runner-up Sutton (1121/2), followed by Hopedale, Whitinsville Christian, BMR and Nipmuc. Sutton's Jason Dimmick won the 800 (2:01.49) and 400 hurdles (58.59).

State Vocational Championships: Nashoba Tech's Duncan Schaff's victory in the 400 hurdles (1:01.1), and Worcester Tech's Immanuel Hardy win in the mile (4:45.10) highlighted local entrants at Blue Hills Regional in Canton, where Greater Lowell won the title.

Wachusett C Championships: Led by first-place finishes from Ryan Laine in the long jump (19-51/2) and triple jump (40-11/2), and Cam Savoy in the shot put (45-0) and discus (133-0), Narragansett claimed the title over runner-up Oakmont, 161-134, at Lunenburg High. Oakmont's Jon Streeks won the 400 (51.32) and high jump (6-0).

Girls' Track

Dual Valley Championships: Whitinsville Christian's Abby Epplett won the long jump (16-43/4), triple jump (32-91/2), 100 hurdles (16.65) and 400 hurdles (1:06.16), while Sutton had multiple placings in nearly every event, led by firsts from Brianna Keith in the discus (80-1), Olivia Reinold in the high jump (5-0), Taylor Dunstar in the 100 (13.36), and Jess Cardin in the 2 mile (11:23.94) en route to the team title at Blackstone-Millville. The Suzies bested runner-up Douglas, 140-1211/2, followed by Whitinsville Christian, BMR, Hopedale and Nipmuc.

State Vocational Championships: Worcester Tech's Fanta Sackor won the 100 (13.05) and the long jump (16-2) to propel the Eagles to second place behind champion Putnam Voke at Blue Hills Regional in Canton. The Eagles' 4x100 relay was first (53.55), and Adja Sackor won the high jump (4-7). Nashoba Tech's Brittany Thomas won the 100 hurdles (18.47), Valley Tech's Fran Niro was tops in the 200 (27.28), and Monty Tech's Johnna Roy was first in the 800 (2:34.36) while her teammate Kaitlyn MacAlister won the shot put (30-31/2).

Wachusett C Championships: Bromfield's Amy Hunter won the 100 (12.92), long jump (15-101/2) and triple jump (33-8), while Lunenburg's Ashley Hyde took the mile (5:46.52) and Brooke Hansel the 2 mile (11:53.31) to lead the host Blue Knights to the title, 142-128, over runner-up Narragansett.
