ARMED FORCES

Air Force Airman Adam J. Britton, son of Tara Turnas of Berlin, has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Janice E. Rivera, daughter of Janice Santana of Worcester, has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Army National Guard Pvt. Matthew J. Connor, son of John and Monique Connor of Winchendon, has graduated from Infantryman One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga.

Army National Guard SPC Patrick J Rocheleau of the 1-181 HHC Infantry unit based at 50 Skyline Drive in Worcester, was promoted to sergeant. Sgt. Rocheleau lives in Worcester and is deploying to Afghanistan with the 1-181 Battalion Army National Guard Infantry.

Army Reserve Pvt. Thomas J. Prosser, son of Kathleen Prosser of Brimfield, has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

VETERANS NOTES

MONDAY

A Disabled American Veterans Department Service Officer will be available to help veterans and dependants file claims to the VA, from 8 a.m. to noon at the VA Outpatient Clinic at 605 Lincoln St., Worcester. When filing claims, veterans must bring copies of their DD Form 214 and supporting documentation concerning their claim.
