Millard's 3-run homer beats No. 2 Blue Devils.

Nashoba 4, Leominster 3: After Neil O'Connor smacked a two-run homer to give the host Blue Devils a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the sixth, the No. 10 Chieftains rallied in the top of the seventh when Noah Millard hit a three-run homer to left to give Nashoba (1-2) the win.

No. 2 Leominster (1-1) cut the lead to 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh when Tyler Vaillette singled and scored on a fielder's choice, but Greg Cavaioli (five strikeouts) preserved the win.

Tanner Jakola struck out 10 in six innings and gave up four hits for Leominster.

Douglas 8, Sutton 2: Junior Robert Dixson struck out four and scattered seven hits, while Matt Peladeau was 2 for 3 with a homer and four RBIs and Nolan Karsok was 3 for 4 with two doubles, a triple and three runs to lead the host Tigers (3-3, 2-1 Dual Valley).

Kevin Batson was 3 for 4 with a double and two runs for Douglas.

Adam Graves tripled and drove in a run, while Ethan Lucia was 2 for 3 for the Sammies (3-1, 2-1).

Nipmuc 12, Hopedale 5: Ted Morris homered, Izaiah Wadsworth and Matt Nichols both went 2 for 4, and Thomas Sperino struck out six in five innings to lift the visiting Warriors (2-1, 2-1 Dual Valley).

Kevin Bresciani went 2 for 3 and scored three runs, and Nick Holmes was 2 for 3 for the Blue Raiders (1-2, 1-2).

Algonquin 3, Hudson 2: David Wrin's game-winning single scored Chris Steidler, while Ryan Solomon was 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs to lift the No. 4 Tomahawks (3-0).

Evan Cain and Nate Staszewski each had RBI singles for the Hawks (1-1).

BC High 4, St. John's 3: Charlie McDonald had an RBI double and Craig Corliss had two RBIs on a pair of sacrifice flies for the top-ranked Pioneers (1-2), who fell to host BC High (2-1) when the Eagles executed a suicide squeeze with the bases loaded in the bottom of the eighth.

Millbury 9, Bartlett 5: Matt Craig went 2 for 2 with two RBIs and junior Colin Huban pitched four innings of one-hit, one-run relief to pick up his first varsity win for the visiting Woolies (3-2, 3-2 SWCL), who also got three hits and an RBI from Ryan Ward.

Matthew Bernier had a two-run double and Ryan Sullivan also drove in two runs for the Indians (1-4, 1-4).

Shrewsbury 14, Fitchburg 0: Charles Batchelder pitched a three-hitter and struck out 11, while Jack Quinlivan was 3 for 4 with a double, three runs and an RBI and Adam Twitchell had two singles, drove in three and scored as the No. 9 Colonials (3-2) topped the visiting Red Raiders (0-4).

North Middlesex 7, Wachusett 6: Shawn Pinney was 3 for 4 with an RBI double and a run, Rich Sharp was 2 for 4 with an RBI and a run, and Tony Sylvester scattered eight hits over seven innings and fanned three to lead the host Patriots (2-1) past the No. 5 Mountaineers (1-1).

Wachusett's Tim Post was 2 for 2 with a double and Kevin Whittmer was 2 for 3 with a run.

David Prouty 3, Northbridge 1: Hunter Deane belted a walk-off, two-run homer with one out in the bottom of the seventh to lift the Panthers (4-0, 4-0 SWCL) Zach Howard struck out six and pitched a five-hitter while Cameron Fahey had an RBI single in the third to tie the game.

Brian Carroll struck out seven and pitched a three-hitter for the No. 8 Rams (3-1, 3-1), while Koby Schofer singled and scored and Mike Quinn had an RBI double in the first.

Shepherd Hill 11, Grafton 7: Al Augustine was 3 for 4 with a double, two runs and an RBI, while Brady Ravenelle was 3 for 3 with a triple, two runs and an RBI and Kyle Sykes was 3 for 4 with a double, run and an RBI as the Rams (3-2, 3-1 SWCL) won at Grafton.

Nick Millett was 3 for 3 with a double, homer and three RBIs and Ray Bell had two hits for the Indians (3-2, 2-2).

Groton-Dunstable 6, Westboro 3: Dean McCann had two hits and two RBIs, and Alex Marken added two hits, a run and a stolen base to lead the visiting Crusaders (1-1). Andrew Sinnery...
