BOYS' LACROSSE

St. John's 11, Grafton 8: Hunter Burdick had two goals and two assists, while Josh Freilich had three goals and Drew Smiley added a goal and three assists as the top-ranked Pioneers (13-3) held off the No. 2 Indians (15-3) in Shrewsbury.

Kevin Butler scored twice for St. John's, Connor Long and Patch Ryan each had a goal and assist, and A.J. Arnold made 13 saves.

Tyler Reilly had three goals and Connor McVey two goals and an assist for Grafton.

Algonquin 10, North Middlesex 3: Keegan Gillis scored four goals, Matt Larsen had two goals and two assists, and Mike Wood added two goals and three assists goals for the Tomahawks (13-6, 11-0 Midland A).

Dan LaCross had two goals for the Patriots (2-14, 0-10).

Assabet 12, Greater Lowell 4: Andrew Clark had four goals, Mitch Sweeney had three goals and an assist, and John Silva added two goals to lead the visiting Aztecs (10-6) past the Gryphons (3-17).

Bancroft 16, Landmark 9: In his final game, senior David Millette scored a season-high four goals and added an assist to lead the visiting Bulldogs (8-5, 2-5 Eastern Independent).

Hudson 8, Oakmont 4: Nick Sullivan had three goals and an assist, and Tom Whiting added two goals and an assist to lead the host Hawks (3-14, 3-11 Mid-Wach B) past the Spartans (2-14, 2-12).

Leominster 5, St. Bernard's 4: Derek Houde (14 saves) made a clutch stop with 9 seconds left to secure the victory for the host Blue Devils (8-9).

Tyler Cuddahy and Andrew Bouchard each scored twice for Leominster, and Cam Cordio had three assists.

Nicholas Nelson had two goals and Kyle Stephens a goal and assist for the Bernardians (8-11).

Shawsheen 14, Valley Tech 4: The host Beavers (10-4) were tied at halftime with the Rams, 3-3, before being outscored, 11-1, after intermission.

Valley Tech's Bailey Lacey had two goals and Mike Moran added a goal and an assist.

Tyngsboro 9, Marlboro 6: Ben Foley had four goals and an assist as the visiting Tigers prevailed. Billy Doherty, Brandon Erwin and Derek Brodeur each scored twice for the Panthers (9-7).

Westboro 12, Groton-Dunstable 7: Tony Cibelli scored six goals and Jake Foster had three goals and an assist for the visiting Rangers (10-7).

Quintin Forbes (3 goals, assist) and Matt Manning (2 goals, assist) led the Crusaders (10-9).

GIRLS' LACROSSE

Algonquin 19, North Middlesex 8: Kate Sears and Kendyl Finelli each scored three goals, and Julie Insani, Annie Sullivan and Mel Wagner each had two as the No. 1 Tomahawks (14-3, 11-0 Midland A) rolled at home.

Kimberly Zuccaro had three goals and Chapel Guarnieri two for North Middlesex (5-11, 1-9).

Bancroft 18, Marianapolis 9: Sophomore Hannah Sugarman had 10 goals and three assists, Rachel Levy scored four goals and Justine Murphy added two as the Bulldogs (2-11) ended their season with a win at Marianapolis.

Groton-Dunstable 13, Westboro 12: Liv Rubeski had three goals, including the winner with 7 seconds left in double overtime to lift the visiting Crusaders (14-4, 8-3 Midland A) over the Rangers (4-11, 4-7).

For Westboro, Samantha Weckworth had five goals, Addie Egan three goals and three assists and Karli Gavin three goals and one assist.

Littleton 12, Bromfield 11: Kelsey Doran had three goals and an assist, Erin Dorey, Amanda Crory, and Bridget Schofield each scored twice as the host Tigers (12-4, 8-3 Midland B) held on.

Nashoba 16, Wachusett 4: Kara McCormack had three goals and an assist, and Kana Ervin added two goals and three assists to power the host Chieftains (10-8, 5-7 Midland A).

Nashoba's Meg Wheeler and Brittany Joseph each had two goals and an assist. Wachusett's Maggie Diggins, Quinn Dorogi, Jen Windler and Annie Lynch scored for the Mountaineers (2-13, 1-8).
