2 football party youths are arrested again; Charges include underage drinking.

CLINTON - Two teens who recently accepted a plea bargain stemming from the beating of a Berlin teen at a drinking party in December were arrested early yesterday morning on charges of underage drinking and having open containers of liquor.

One of the teens, Anthony J. Gizzonio Jr., 18, had obtained a reduction in the length of his probation because he planned to enter the Marines on Sept. 2.

Mr. Gizzonio, 3 Bolton Road, was arrested with four other teens shortly after 12:30 a.m. yesterday. Another arrested was Ricardo A. Sanchez, 18, 44 Berlin St.. Apt. 18, another of the seven teens charged in the Dec. 4 beating of Cody Riekstins, 19, of Berlin.

Also arrested yesterday were Stephen M. Gorham, 18, of 193 Water St.; Derek R. Dube, 17, of 36 Henry St., and Jeremy M. Labbe, 17, of 33 Fitch Road.

Mr. Labbe, the driver of the car, is charged with underage drinking, an open container violation and possession of a OxyContin.

Mr. Gorham and Mr. Dube are charged with open container violations and underage drinking.

As part of an August plea agreement, Mr. Sanchez and four of the teens from the 2010 party were ordered by Judge Martha A. Brennan in Clinton District Court to undergo anger management courses, write letters of apology to Mr. Riekstins, and serve 25 hours of community service.
