He leaves his wife of almost 25 years, Maryann (Bigwood) Flagg; his mother, Virginia (Gilbert) Flagg; daughters: Denise Pertuzzi and Michelle Flagg; sons: Raymond Flagg and Michael Bigwood; brother, Joseph Flagg; sister, Heidi Allen; and their families. He also leaves his beloved cat "Shadow".

His father, Raymond Flagg and brother, John Flagg predeceased him.
