Regina A.

CLINTON Regina A. (Kosiewski) Schreiner, 78, of 8 Cromie St., passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 2, 2007 in UMass-Memorial Healthcare, University Campus, Worcester, despite the heroic and compassionate care that she received there and in the Clinton Hospital Emergency Department.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ralph W. Schreiner; two sons, Richard Schreiner of Clinton, and Robert Schreiner and his wife Janet of Holden; a daughter, Jean Marhefka and her husband Frank of Auburn; three sisters: Bertha Roncone and Gladys Novick of Clinton, and Helen Gronowicz of Gardner; seven grandchildren: Frank Marhefka and his wife Elaine of Barrington, NH, Brian and William Marhefka of Auburn, Amy and Elizabeth Schreiner of Holden, and Derek and Lauren Schreiner of Rutland, VT. She was preceded in death by six brothers: Peter, Stanley, Victor, William, Francis, and Silvester Kosiewski, all of Clinton.

Regina was born in Clinton, daughter of Boleslaw and Mary Kosiewski, and was a lifelong resident. She was a graduate of Clinton High School, Class of 1947. For many years until her retirement, Regina worked at the former Colonial Press, Inc. of Clinton, and...
