Byline: Steven H. Foskett Jr. SUTTON - Unfortunately for a Manchaug man suspected of breaking into a local American Legion post, the shoe definitely fit. And the suspect wanted it back. According to Sutton police, Bryan K. Zwiebel, 29, of 5 Darling Lane, Manchaug, lost his shoe early Wednesday morning while running from the scene of a break-in at the Matechuyk American Legion Post on Manchaug Road. With the help of a police dog from Blackstone, police found the shoe, and soon after caught up with a half-barefoot Mr. Zwiebel. Police also arrested a Hopedale man, suspected of partnering with Mr. Zwiebel in the break-in, which resulted in damage to the building, according to court records. Police said yesterday that at 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sgt. Joshua Nunnemacher was on routine patrol and conducted a business check on the Legion post.
