Teens' bagpipes seized at US border over ivory.

CONCORD, N.H. -- Leave those bagpipes at home if they contain ivory and you're trying to cross parts of the Canadian border.

That's the lesson 17-year-old Campbell Webster, of New Hampshire, learned this week as he tried to carry his pipes back from a competition in Canada. U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized Webster's pipes, and those of his friend Eryk Bean, because they contain ivory.
