Tantasqua 7, David Prouty 6: The host Warriors battled back from a 6-2 deficit, tying the game with four runs in the bottom of the seventh before Chris Gray lined a bases-loaded single to left field in the eighth to score Kyle Lavallee with the winning run.

Lavallee (2 for 4, 2 runs) also earned his first varsity win in relief, working a perfect eighth inning before starting the rally with a leadoff single to left. Tantasqua (5-6, 5-3 SWCL) tied the game on a two-run single by Eric Proulx and a double to left by Tim Santilli.

Lucas Davis had an RBI double for David Prouty (5-3, 3-3), while Joe Martin doubled and scored and Christian Ricard had two singles.

Douglas 8, Sutton 2: Brandon Stand walked three times, doubled and scored three runs to lead the Tigers (3-4, 2-2) to a Dual Valley Conference win.

Mike Faucher was 2 for 2 with an RBI for the visiting Sammies (0-6, 0-3).

Marlboro 6, Burncoat 5: The visiting Panthers scored four runs in the first inning and two in the second to take a 6-0 lead and hung on to improve to 6-2.

A.J. Scerra's two-out, two-run double was the key hit in the first inning, Dillon LaForce drove in Kyle Thebado in the second to make it 5-0, and Matt Marrazzo scored the winning run on a passed ball.

The Patriots (5-3) took advantage of the game's only error to score four runs in the fourth, two scoring when Matt Lavin's line drive to the outfield was misplayed and another coming on in on Anthony Gingerelli's single.

J.C. Marlborough led off the seventh with a triple and scored on an infield single by Lavin, but Mike Yates got the next batter to strand Lavin at first and close out the win.

North 15, South 11: Senior co-captain Juan Mieses had three hits and drove in six runs, while junior Luis Pizzaro and senior co-captains Anthony Ellis and Humphrey Souza each had two hits to lead the visiting Polar Bears (1-5, 1-3 Inter-High).

Senior co-captain Jeff Seguia was 4 for 4 with four RBIs, including a three-run homer in the first inning for the Colonels (4-6, 0-3).

St. John's 20, Doherty 3: Cory Loomer was 2 for 3 with a pair of RBIs, and David Trujillo had a three-run triple as the top-ranked Pioneers (8-0) scored 11 runs in the fourth inning to cruise to a home win.

Peter Doyle was 2 for 2 with a double and Bedward Ortiz was 2 for 3 with a run for the Highlanders (5-6).

Westboro 12, Quabbin 10: Andrew Grant had a grand slam in the second inning, while Nick Flahive was 3 for 4 with two stolen bases and two RBIs to lift the host Rangers (3-4, 1-3) to a Mid-Wach B win.

Ricky Hogle had a two-run homer in the second for the Panthers (3-5, 0-4).

Tom Power and Doug West each had two hits for Westboro.
