DEBARY, FL William H. Noe, 72, of Kingslake Drive, and formerly of Oxford, died suddenly Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley J. (Caravalho) Noe of DeBary, FL; five children, Mark Noe and his wife Ann of Southbridge, Deborah Perra and her husband Raymond of Windsor Locks, CT, Steven Noe and his wife Cynthia of Deltona, FL, Maureen Tice and her husband Terry of New Hope, PA, and Kathleen Grady and her husband Daniel of Northbridge; a brother, Charles Noe of Ashville, NC; two sisters, Regina Blamire of Whitesville, NY, and Victoria Ricard of Mendon; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces. He was born in Upton, the son of the late Charles and Winona (Waterman) Noe, and lived in Oxford for many years before moving to Florida in 1996. He graduated from Grafton High School in 1953.
